Food: I'm not the type to complain and this is the first time I ever had to send a plate back at any restaurant. The "medium rare" came out well done with a sizable burn. See attached. Service: Horrible even with calling ahead we waitied for 30 min+ to get seated and then we were waiting for our food for a very long time. While this is usually not the fault of the server. When we asked for a remaining wait time we were met with attitude. Ambiance: Wall decor and building is nice but overshadowed by the overarching feeling that the staff is hanging on by the edge of their seats.... It wasn't even that busy. Overall this ruined the special grad night celebration for my sister. Do not trust them with making a good memory.

I went in there on 5/9/26 with my family of 5 and it was around 5:30 and so I asked the waitress if she could put on a game it was a Mexican soccer game she said I’ll see what I can do. She didn’t even try so I told another guy he tried but no luck. So half way through the meal the waitress Victoria G brought me the left over plates! I’ve never felt so unwanted and rushed! I still tipped her 20%. She was nice and friendly but did not like that she rushed me to leave and tip her because she was going on break.

So good. Carissa was really attentive even though she was busy. Had a small problem and it was solved quickly. I would definitely eat here more 😋 I would suggest having dessert 🍨 🥧 the pazookie is perfect. They currently have a $13 meal and pazookie. Can't beat that! Give Carissa a raise. Manager Felipe took care of us and did an awesome job. Overall, great experience.

I feel like this place has made some improvements since the last time I was there. The star of the show is always the Pazooki. I went with the Biscoff one this time and it was awesome. The coleslaw on my dish looked a little suspect and I just thought it resembled something that was sitting in a dish for a while so I didn’t eat it. The sandwich was good. There was a lot going on with prom season

Wonderful customer service from Victoria! Amazing waitress with a beautiful attitude and enthusiasm. Did not hesitate to make herself friendly, attentive and professional. She made our table feel very welcome and her great customer service really stood out. Would recommend!!
